Today I have done alright. I worked out for 35 minutes on the Wii Fit (my wii fit age was 36) and went to go take a bike ride for an hour but when I grabbed my bike I realized I had a flat tire because no matter where I ride, on pavement or off, I get those damn goatheads stuck in my tires! it really irritates me. So I have to go buy a new bike tube and install it so I can get in some more good cardio. I got a hairline fracture in my left ankle last May and it still hurts me a lot so it makes it very painful to do the treadmill or jogging so I found the bike is a great way to get low-impact cardio.
For breakfast I had a banana, water, snack was low fat string cheese and slices of turkey breast, green tea, and I was slightly bad and had chips and salsa with a tablespoon of guacamole. Lunch was a ham sandwhich. Dinner will be chicken breasts and pasta salad. Tina has been marinading them in a Jack Daniels Lemon Pepper marinade... yuuuuumy!
