I know I have slacked off on postings but I plan to get better about that. I reinjured my ankle recently so it has been very frustrating to me especially since my main focus right now is on doing lots of cardio and I need working limbs. Today I speed walked on the treadmill for an hour at 3.7 mph and it felt good. I didnt run, I wanted to, but Im not going to push it too much right now. I got a new pair of running shoes today (and hiking boots) and hopefully that will be helpful. I am really looking forward to being able to run again.
My diet today consisted of 4 tangelos for breakfast, lunch was 6inch turkey sandwhich for subway and dinner was chicken and rice with veggies. I drank lots of water and OJ and splurged a tiny bit and ate a couple tiny sugar wafers, oh and I had a yoplait smoothie :)
We got snow today, it was so beautiful :) and I went to go visit Sandi and her new baby Wynter and had a nice visit with them before going to work so it was a pretty good day :)
